Apollo Phone Solutions provides business voice and SMS lines, dialer tools, and related communication services through mobile carrier partnerships.
Customers must comply with TCPA, FCC, and carrier rules. Use of dialer, bulk SMS, and ringless voicemail features requires recipient consent. Prohibited uses include spam, harassment, fraud, and illegal activity.
Business lines are billed at $100 per active line per month on a month-to-month basis. Add-ons are billed separately. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Apollo's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
